This evidence-based treatment helps clients manage feelings of anger, reduce the risk of violence, develop self-control over their thoughts and actions, and receive support from others. The goal of this group is to help clients break the anger habit by becoming aware of circumstances that trigger feelings of anger and then developing skills and strategies to manage those feelings when they arise. Led by Henry Hill, CASAC, this group is open to all those interested and meets every Thursday 6pm-7pm, on-site (recommended) and Zoom.
