THOUGHTS IN ACTION

English speaking group for adults ages 18+ The group will use CBT and DBT exercises to get clients accustomed to becoming aware of their thoughts, work on finding evidence against their negative thoughts and develop cognitive skills to replace their negative thoughts with positive, empowering thoughts. This is aimed at helping clients who have depression, anxiety and PTSD. The group will use a strength-based approach by helping clients identify their skills and abilities and then encouraging them to use those to achieve their goals.
