English speaking group for adults ages 18+ The group will use CBT and DBT exercises to get clients accustomed to becoming aware of their thoughts, work on finding evidence against their negative thoughts and develop cognitive skills to replace their negative thoughts with positive, empowering thoughts. This is aimed at helping clients who have depression, anxiety and PTSD. The group will use a strength-based approach by helping clients identify their skills and abilities and then encouraging them to use those to achieve their goals.

  1. I have been working with a psychologist one on one to learn DBT skills. We both agree a group would be good for me. I’d like to talk to people who understand what it’s like.
