Relapse Prevention

Relapse Prevention

This relapse prevention group uses evidence-based practices to break down barriers that have prevented clients from being successful in their recovery goals. Clients learn to identify and cope with triggers, destructive habitual patterns, and “automatic” reactions that seem to control many of our lives. We learn to respond by empowering ourselves in ways that serve us, rather than react in ways that are detrimental to our health and happiness.
Tuesday, 6-7pm, on-site (recommended) and zoom
